General Meeting

Rescheduled for Holiday❗

WHEN: September, 19, 2025

TIME: 6:00 PM

WHERE: Blanding Public Library

Please join us and our guest speaker, Bristol County Sheriff Paul Heroux. Due to a possible increase in attendance we are holding this general meeting at the Library.

Hi everyone,

First, a quick scheduling note. We decided to skip our planned August 31st meeting, as many of you were away for vacation and the long Labor Day weekend.

We are thrilled to announce that our special guest for our next meeting will be Bristol County Sheriff Paul Heroux.

The Sheriff will join us to discuss the role of his office, its relationship with ICE, and to answer any other concerns you may have.

We have been busy behind the scenes, and we're excited to share some great news:

We are nearing the completion of our brand-new website! It will be a fantastic new resource for our members and the community.
We have a new board member and a new volunteer to help with these newsletters! We will introduce them properly at our September 19th meeting.

For residents looking to get more involved at the town level, the Rehoboth Democratic Town Committee (DTC) is meeting, and residents are encouraged to attend. A key topic of discussion will be the upcoming MassDems Convention, where delegates will vote on the party's platform. Meeting will be September 10th 7pm at the Blanding Public Library.

Our power comes from you. Here are a few ways you can stay engaged and help our group grow:
